Garcinia Cambogia Fructus Extract Hydroxycitric acid is a natural organic acid found mainly in the Indian subcontinent, western Sri Lanka, South Africa and Polynesia, and wild in tropical rainforest areas such as India and Sri Lanka. It is found in the pericarp of Garcinia cambogia, Garcinia indica, Garcinia atroviridis, and also in Hibiscus (Hibiscus). Garcinia cambogia is a tree of the dicotyledonous genus Garcinia, also known as Malabar tamarind, which bears fruit the size of an orange, yellow in color, and resembles a pumpkin on its outer surface with several longitudinal grooves. For centuries, it was planted in large quantities in southern India and Thailand as a herbal medicine. In the late 1960s, scientists discovered that this fruit contains citric acid similar to that found in oranges and lemons, which is called hydroxycitric acid.
Garcinia Cambogia has been noted for its anti-obesity effects. Humans began studying it decades ago, and the active ingredient and structure became clear and was utilized as a weight loss food. The main active ingredient of Garcinia Cambogia is the hydroxycitric acid on the rind, and the main function of hydroxycitric acid is to hinder the synthesis of fat. When people consume sugars, these sugars are broken down into glucose, which is carried to the muscles and converted into calories. But if the amount of calories consumed is greater than the amount consumed, the excess glucose will be converted into fat and stored, which is the cause of obesity. If Garcinia Cambogia is consumed before meals, it prevents the conversion of glucose into fat and promotes its conversion into liver sugar, which can be more easily used as calories, thus preventing obesity.
Hydroxycitric acid HCA inhibits fat synthesis, promotes fatty acid burning, and reduces food intake, all three of which are in one body.
The effect of HCA is to achieve slimming and weight loss. HCA works by inhibiting ATP-Citrate lyase, which prevents fatty acid synthesis and inhibits gluconeogenesis when glucose is converted to fat in the body. HCA chemical structure: HOOC-CH2-C(OH)(COOH)-CH(OH)-COOH (C6H8O8) When food enters our body, carbohydrates are broken down into small molecules of glucose, which enter the bloodstream and become blood sugar, and are then sent to all cells of the body to be metabolized for energy. If glucose is not used immediately, it is stored in the liver or muscle to form glycogen, but if the liver is full, glucose is converted to citric acid by glycolysis and citric acid cycle, and then synthesized into fat by ATP-citrate lyase. Garcinia cambogia extract contains HCA, a citric acid analogue, which competes to inhibit the activity of ATP-citrate lyase, thus hindering the conversion of excess sugars to fat in the body.
1. The fast-acting fat-burning ingredient HCA contained in Garcinia Cambogia extract can rapidly activate adrenaline to increase fat consumption and decompose and burn large amounts of fat. Reduce fat absorption: plant fiber makes the stomach feel saturated, so that the body reduces the intake of food, thus reducing the phenomenon of fat accumulation caused by excessive fat intake. Accelerates lipolysis: Malic acid promotes mito
Malic acid promotes the activity of mitochondrial lipolytic enzymes, which rapidly decompose the fat accumulated in the waist, abdomen and hips and reduce the waistline.
2. Similar in structure to citric acid, it inhibits the activity of the enzyme ATP-Citrate lyase, preventing the conversion of carbohydrates into excess body fat.
3. Promotes fat burning in the body and converts excess energy into easily consumed liver sugar.
4. Regulates fat metabolism in the body and converts excess nutrients that are not consumed by the body as calories into liver glycogen for storage in the muscles and liver.
5. Increases the capacity of liver and muscle to store hepatic glucose and reduces the amount of fat production.
6. The increased storage of liver glycogen in the body provides immediate energy and reduces the natural response to hunger due to a drop in blood glucose, thus having an appetite suppressing effect and slowing down the production of carbohydrates and proteins.
