1.After the raw materials are pulverized, they are leached, and organic solvents are often used for leaching, supplemented by stirring, and the constant temperature is maintained at about 70 °C. The process generally lasts 3-4h. The organic solvent can be acetone, butanol, dichloromethane, ethanol, petroleum ether, isopropanol, trichloroethylene, etc. Generally 95% ethanol solution is used. After leaching, a dark green solution is obtained by filtration, and the leaching solution is usually concentrated before saponification.
2.Saponification is to remove methyl and chlorophyll ester groups. Add NaOH to the concentrated solution and stir at about 70 °C for about 1 h. After cooling, extract with petroleum ether to remove impurities such as lutein and carotene.
3.Separated petroleum ether, saponified solution, adjusted pH value to 2-3 with concentrated hydrochloric acid to prepare copper generation. Add CuSO4 solution, stir at constant temperature around 70°C for a period of time, cool, let stand, and then suction filter to obtain crude product. The precipitate was washed once with distilled water, 40% ethanol and petroleum ether.
4.Dissolve the precipitate with acetone, add 5% NaOH ethanol solution dropwise to pH=12, and precipitate sodium copper chlorophyll. Suction filtration and drying of the solid to obtain the product.
