The extract of Echinacea purpurea is made from the whole plant of dried Echinacea purpurea. The raw material is pulverized (14 mesh), canned, and extracted three times with 70% ethanol-water as a solvent by heating and refluxing for 2 hours each time. The three extracts are combined and the ethanol is recovered. After the extract has no alcohol, continue to heat and concentrate the evaporated water to the extract with specific gravity d=1.10-1.15, spray-dry it with a spray-drying tower to obtain Echinacea extract powder, crush, sieve, and mix and pack to obtain the finished product.
The raw materials were made into coarse powder and extracted with 70% ethanol under reflux. The alcohol extract is sucked into the vacuum concentration tank, and the ethanol is recovered to about 1/4 of the original volume (the recovered liquid also contains 15% to 20% of ethanol), centrifuged to obtain the centrifuge, and concentrated under reduced pressure to 15 ± 5 Chemicalbook waves. Beauty (thermal test), add appropriate amount of auxiliary materials, stir well, spray dry, sieve, mix and pack to obtain the finished product. The yield of the product produced by the process is 24% to 25%, and the content of cichoric acid is about 4%, which is suitable for the production of Echinacea purpurea extract containing 4% of cichoric acid.
